The building is located in the City of St. Petersburg in the area known as the "Gateway Business District" of Pinellas County. The Gateway Business District is an established office neighborhood. Its central location and convenient access to well developed major roadways are key hallmarks of the Gateway Business District.
Interstate 275 is 2 minutes away. I-275 provides access from Tampa via the Howard Franklin Bridge. 9th Street has a direct exit off I-275. I-275 also provides access from the south for south Pinellas County, Bradenton, and Sarasota via the Sunshine Skyway.
